This is the rib (or stave) that was harvested from a Napa Valley wine barrel. There are many staves that make up a barrel and each one is different and unique in its own way. The color of the red wine stains to the elegant arch of the stave is what really makes them a "one-of-a-kind".

Fully treated with a food-grade butcher block oil, this stave server makes it perfect for cutting and serving your foods right on this center piece. The rich burgundy red color that this stave boasts, can only be achieved by soaking up the fine red wine.

The stave server has solid oak feet to allow for a sturdy base. As with all our food-grade servers & cutting boards, just maintain them as you would a normal butcher block top.
