Shipping policy

Shipment Processing Time:  Orders are processed for shipping in the order they are received.  

Shipping Rates:  Rates are obtained from ten+ carriers to ensure that we secure the best rate for your order.  Many of the items in our "Furniture and Accessories" are sold with "Free Shipping".

International Shipping:  We do ship internationally for barrel orders ONLY.  We will provide Certificate of Origin and a Phytosanitary Certificate.  If your country requires additional documents, check with us.

Parcel Shipping:  For wine-barrel supplies; furniture; and decór items - we currently ship to DOMESTIC locations only.  (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).  

Damages:  If you receive product that is damaged during shipping or if a product is lost during shipping, please file a claim with the shipping carrier.  Go Wine Barrels is not liable for product damage or lost during shipping.

Shipping Transit Times:  Freight transit days are carrier estimate - Go Wine Barrels is not responsible for delivery dates.
